Meeting Venue:

Bilbao Exhibition Centre.
The meeting will take place in the congress centre.
Entrance is below the big black hall.
Public transportation is punctual and has a high frequency. Subway station Ansio is just at the
entrance and is at 12 minutes subway ride to downtown Bilbao.
Fully in-person meeting.

The meeting will cover coffee breaks and lunch boxes (Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday) and the welcome reception on Thursday, which includes food and beverages. However, we strongly recommend you to walk around Bilbao and visit restaurants and bars, see here for some tips.

Hotels and accommodation:

There are numerous hotels close to the venue. The best way to enjoy Bilbao is to take a hotel
downtown.

Currency is Euro. Only Euro is accepted all over the country. Money exchange is available in major hotels. Please check exchange rates in advance.
Payment by credit card is common, even for relatively small amounts. ATMs are available for cash withdrawals. Check locations on the internet.
Electrical power supply is 240 V, AC, as usual in the EU.
